Upon peer pressure from many friends, we have decided to start a blog. We figured it would be a great place to share information with family and friends about the kids!
Let's start with us.....Bryan and Rebecca....we've been married for 2 1/2 years now and life is good. Bryan is an Electrician. He has been working for the same company for about 13 years now. Yes, I said 13 YEARS. Hard to believe that anyone could keep a job that long anymore! Rebecca is a Technical Recruiter. She has been working for her company for about 2 years now. She has been in Recruiting for approximately 7 years now. Bryan is in the prime of deer hunting season and enjoys going to his deer lease near Seguin as much as possible. Rebecca knows that hunting comes with the territory, but it is a little bit hard having him gone and dealing with both of the kids. She prays the time flies quickly. Rebecca is on the PTA board with Emily's school, which keeps her busy....along with being a taxi service for soccer, dance, playdates, etc. She has the Christmas shopping complete, so for once she will be laughing at the perils of all the procrastinators she used to empathize with.
Emily - will be 7 years old next month! It amazes us how quickly she has grown! She brags that she has now lost 8 teeth and has earned a mint from the "tooth fairy". She EXCELS in First Grade and we couldn't be more proud. She is much better in the field of academia than we could ever have thought of being. She enjoys soccer and just completed her 3rd season...Go Dragonflies! In addition, she is in her 4th year of dance. This year she is taking Tap/Jazz. We are excited to see what this year's recital will bring us!
Boyce - is 3 months old now. Again, we are amazed at how quickly time has flown. He is a very happy baby that has been sleeping through the night for a month now! He has finally gotten interested in toys and has a little horse that is his current fav. He attends Mother's Day Out 3 times a week which provides a much needed "breather" for mom. He is by far the favorite baby there! Why wouldn't he be? He is the most adorable and loveable! It's only a matter of time before he's on the move and we are in deep trouble!
That's about all there is to us....we hope we can keep up with this thing! We've seen the competition out there! :)
